"Hotel awesome, amenities next to none."
"The food in the restaurant is to expensive, and the service we experience on Saturday 10.04.2010 was very bad and slow. If cheaper we would like to have dinner, but with 4 members family we have to look to something like Boston pizza or Top Gun Sushi, which was at this time close."

"Rooms were supposed to be ready for checkin at 3pm, we checked in at 415pm and were told the room would not be ready until 530pm. After much persistance the room was ready at 5pm!"

"I would like to say that my husband and I have stayed in this hotel about 5 times now and thoroughly enjoy it. The service is excellent and the restaurant and lounge are absolutley fabulous. The summertime is very enjoyable because of the Quay and the boardwalk. Even though it sits on the bank of the "muddy" Fraser River, it is still enjoyable."
