Overview
Located about a 1-minute drive from New Westminster's city centre and a 2-minute walk from New Westminster's SkyTrain Station, the Arundel Mansion is suitable for business or vacation travellers who prefer centrally located apartment-style accommodations with extended kitchen amenities, free Wi-Fi and easy access to public transit.

Each of the hotel's one-bedroom suites offers free Wi-Fi, cable TV, a kitchen, a desk, a dining area, a living room with a sofabed and a private bathroom. All units are non-smoking and the hotel is not wheelchair accessible.

The hotel also offers weekly maid service, an elevator and free parking. Pets are permitted for $30 per pet, per stay.

The Plaza offers shopping about a 3-minute walk away, while Douglas College can be found 7 minutes away on foot. The majority of the reviews sourced for this analysis were positive, with praise going to the hotel's location, rooms and staff. 

Many guests praised the hotel's location. They described it as safe and downtown, as well as close to the SkyTrain, Douglas College, shopping, restaurants, a grocery store, art galleries and Royal Columbian Hospital.

The hotel's accommodations were enjoyed by several reviewers. They found their rooms to be clean, spacious, well equipped, charming and well maintained, with comfortable beds. A few patrons had complaints about their lodgings, however (see below).

Several travellers were pleased with the level of customer service they received during their stay. They characterized the staff as professional, attentive, friendly and efficient.
