We booked in one of the back units, not realizing that there was no balcony and no area on the lakeside for guests to sit out
The patio for outdoor dining and the bar are very nice, but the hotel definitely lacks a common area for sitting out. Can you not build one off the waterfront, down by the marina? Otherwise, a very nice place to stay.

It seems that the Prestige has bought out an older motel, finished an extensive remodel, and is now marketing it as an alternative to their lakefront hotel
The biggest problem with the hotel is the railroad tracks not more than 50 feet from the windows. There's an uncontrolled crossing nearby, so the train blows its horn whenever it passes. Very disturbing at 1:00 in the morning, which is exactly what happened during the two evening I spent there!
