The Bad
Although the majority of the reviews used for this analysis were positive, some negative reviews centred around parking, odours in the rooms and hallways, and the size of some rooms.

Some guests felt the hotel parking lot was too small, resulting in a few guests not being able to find a parking spot (parking fees were reimbursed if guests were required to pay to park elsewhere). A few also felt the flight of stairs from the parking lot to the hotel was a bit of a nuisance.

Although many guests agreed the hotel had been well maintained over the years, a few guests felt there was a musty or otherwise offensive smell in their room or in the hallways. Many of these guests felt the smell was coming from the carpet.

Rooms at the hotel come in varying sizes and some guests felt that their room was too small. These guests commonly felt these rooms had too much furniture, which made it difficult to get around comfortably.
