"I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Mission. It's a nice(pretty new) hotel with everything you need. I didn't use the pool or exercise room, but they looked nice. The lounge was great with great food and good service. I would have to complain about the breakfast though, there were muffins, yogurt, fruit and coffee/juices available included, which is totally fine for a continental breakfast and I'm not complaining about that....however, I heard there were other breakfast options that you could have that you would pay extra for. I don't know if there were menues or if they just expect people to know that. And the location of the breakfast room was kind of hidden and I would not have even known about it, had I not read the hotel reviews prior to staying here. It was not even mentioned to me when I checked in. I have stayed in many hotels and this is really a very minor thing, and I would still highly recommend this hotel!"

"I enjoyed my stay, but..."
"When I got in my room, the heat had been turned off - it was VERY cold, it took a long time to warm up. The heater was VERY loud and kept me awake. My room was right next to the restaurant enterance, there was some noise associated with that."

"After making our reservations on line and arriving at the hotel they did not have any record of it. It wasn't a problem this time but I was a bit concerned if it had been a very busy weekend we could have been up the creek.
The hair dryer didn't work in the room, not too big a deal. We did get a non smoking room but it was strange that one half of the floor was non smoking and the other half was smoking. So you still got the smell of smoke in the hall ways. I would seriously consider making the whole floor non smoking or have those fire doors to divide that half of the floor off.
We spent such little time in our room that I can not really give an opinion on the rest of the hotel. Mind you upon arrival the young girl at the desk made no effort to explain to us about the pool, exercise room or how to make our way to the restaurant. That could be improved."

"It was our first time in Mission and we were unsure what to expect. The cleaning staff took the extra time to put our young son's stuffed animals on the pillow of his bed -- that was a nice touch. When our bathtub didn't drain properly the staff fixed it quickly and efficiently. With their security system (multiple cameras and locking outside door) we felt safe and secure the entire time we were there. We would have no problem staying at this Best Western again. It is a great hotel."
