Many guests felt that the hotel offered good value not only because of the clean and comfortable rooms but also because of the on-site amenities. The complimentary breakfast was a particular highlight for many. Guests felt the breakfast room was well-maintained and that the food selection was good, noting the inclusion of both hot and cold items. Guests also enjoyed the food and drinks at the on-site restaurant and thought the pool area was clean and enjoyable.
The Bad
Although the majority of reviews used for this analysis were positive, some guests felt the rooms were a bit aged.
Some guests noted that the rooms were dark and a bit worn looking, essentially starting to show their age. Lingering cigarette smell, despite the hotel being 100% non-smoking, also added to this opinion that the rooms were outdated. A few guests also complained that the heating units in their rooms were not very effective and that they arrived to find their rooms uncomfortably cold.
