"Enjoyed the people and the rooms. Very comfortable and clean, staff was very helpfull. Pool had a bit too much chlorine in it but the waterslide is fun. Good stay."

"Our overall experience at the Ramada was satisfactory; exept for the noisy family who checked in at 10pm that evening and were roomed directly above ours. They were so noisy that we were forced to call front desk to ask for assistance, however we were told to wait it out. We asked customer service to relocate us if the noise did not settle down within one hour. Thankfully it did and we were able to fall asleep. Unfortunately the noisy family had an early start the next morning and ripped us out of our sleep leaving us no peace for the next few hours! When we were checking out later that morning I remontioned our concern to front desk in hope of at least receiving a discounted room rate for enduring such discomfort, however all we got was an apology on behalf of the noisy family."

"Almost everything was good. Hotel was quiet. Beds comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. However, the maid did not do a good job cleaning. Crumbs in the cupboard, dried brown liquid in bottom of glasses. So in view of the unclean conditions in the kitchen we will not stay there again or will wait for a LONG time in hopes they have a different maid."

"Issues with toilet. Tank lid did not fit so pressed on handle which kept water running. Toilet seat one size to small for bowl and loose. Light bulbs out in bathroom. Spoke with cleaning staff, little done about it. Breakfast should open at 6am for travellers wanting to get an earlier start. Breakfast choices are excellent."

"We reserved a room with a King-size bed only to arrive and discover they had given the room to someone else. This was very disappointing, what are reservations for? The clerk gave us $5.00 off our room price, I would have preferred the King-size bed!"
