"The front Desk staff were great and considerate, the room was very quiet and dark for the night. We had been traveling for 5 days with stops for only the evening, so it was refreshing to relax at this Best Western. The only draw back, I have some major back problems, the bed was not the best thing for it, even my wife mentioned that the mattress was uncomfortable. As a result the night was long, and at one point painful, but hey that is what mortality is all about, not Best Westerns fault"

"1) they had no shampoo or body wash in the despensers 2) there remote had burns in it (looked very shabby) 3) there hot tub was out of service 4) there pool area looked dim grundgy and old 5) there bathroom floor had an odor 6) they were all smiles when i arrived but all frowns when checking out (desperate?) 7) there internet was down for a whole day Did they offer rebates or refunds or something for my greif? no! did i ask? i shouldn't have to so of course not. this was one of the worst Motel stays i have ever had. reminded me of the "Bates Motel" in the movie Jason...."
