"Unfortunately the second night of our stay on Saturday June 24, 2006 we could not sleep due to the very loud, threatening fight that happened in room 215 next door to myself and my daughter and husband in 212 also found it difficult to sleep (Mr. & Mrs. Simms) Fortunately I phone to the lobby and (I might add a very brave young women) went directly to the room instrucing them that if the behavior continued authorities would be called, my hats off to her (please acknowledge to her our appreciation, she is definitely a asset this your hotel chain. They left the room the next day and the staff was apologetic, Other than our toilet plugging up on Sunday, everything was perfect, every day cleaned up, fresh towels, courtious staff, excellent and I would definitely referr people to this location."
