The Good
Most reviews used for this analysis were positive and focused on the location, the staff, the rooms and the price.

Many guests appreciated that this hotel was located across the street from a shopping centre and that there were several restaurants within walking distance. It was also noted that it was in an easy access location next to a major highway intersection.

Despite a couple of isolated comments about rude staff, some guests felt the staff were very friendly and helpful. They appreciated that the staff were eager to give driving directions and restaurant recommendations.

Many guests felt the rooms were clean, well-maintained and comfortable. A few guests appreciated the wall-mounted flat screen TVs in some rooms.

Although some guests complained of the hotel being quite basic, many agreed that its price reflected the quality of the hotel and that it was very inexpensive compared to other nearby options.
The Bad
Although many reviews used for this analysis were positive, some negative points focused on the smell in some rooms and the amenities and features of the hotel.

Some guests felt that their room smelled strongly of air freshener. It was felt that the air fresheners were used to mask unpleasant smells like cigarette smoke and mustiness. A few found the smell quite overpowering.

Some guests complained that the hotel was very basic and had little in the way of amenities (i.e no. on-site restaurant, pool or breakfast). A few who stayed in standard rooms complained that there room was small and did not include a fridge or microwave.
