Some guests thought the price they paid was good compared to other similar options. The clean, comfortable rooms, free buffet breakfast and Wi-Fi all added to the overall value of the hotel.
Some guests appreciated the hotel's proximity to restaurants and shops, noting that there were many options within walking distance.
Although some guests felt the hotel was quiet, a few complained of noise from the adjacent street, stating that it was a busy road and that they would have been better off in a room on the other side of the building. A few others noted they could hear noise from cars and delivery trucks coming and going in the neighbouring Home Depot parking lot. Noisy air conditioning units and heater fans were also a disturbance for a few guests.
Some guests thought the hotel was somewhat hidden, making the entrance difficult to find. Limited signage and a treed area added to some guests' difficulty in locating the hotel.

"We had previously stayed at three other hotels in Langley, but none of them met our expectations simultaneously in terms of location, comfort, food availability, and overall hospitality. We will certainly stay there again!"
