Many guests felt the rooms were clean, spacious and well-appointed. Some thought the beds were comfortable and that the rooms were quiet. The inclusion of a fridge and microwave in every room was a plus for many.

The staff received many compliments from guests. They were thought to be very friendly, helpful and provided excellent customer service.

The location was a highlight for many guests. Although the hotel is located in a light industrial area it is within a 10-minute walk from downtown shops, a mall, a casino and several restaurants. The Tim Horton's next door was also considered a convenience by many guests.
