The Bad
Although many reviews used for this analysis were positive, several complaints focused on train noise, the location and the exterior of the hotel.

The hotel is located across the street from a major train crossing and many guests complained of noise from passing trains. Some mentioned they could hear train horns on a regular basis (every hour or two) and that they could feel rumbling when trains went by. Management suggests requesting a room at the back of the property for a quieter night's stay.

Some guests felt the hotel was a bit out of the way and there were few shops or restaurants nearby. Although a few suggested that the downtown area was easy to access, about a 10-minute drive away, it was noted by some that the surrounding area was light industrial and not very appealing for walking around, especially at night time.
