Many reviewers specifically mentioned that they appreciated the large soaker tubs in their bathrooms. A few guests found their suites quiet and their beds comfortable.
The staff were frequently complimented for their friendly service and for accommodating late check-outs. One reviewer thought that the customer service was fantastic.
