"It's funny that I received this email as I returned home as I was going to send an email to let you know how accomodating and friendly the staff was at the Kelowna Super 8. All staff that I encountered were very approachable, friendly and accomodating to any small request that was asked of them. They seemed to genuinely like their jobs and people. One girl in particular and I can't remember her name stood out. It could be Alyssa?? I believe she has family in Thunder Bay, Ontario if that helps. I didn't have a lot of interaction but what I did have was certainly very positive. Treat your employess with dignity and respect and their positive attitudes are reflected on your customer service. Somebody is doing something right."

"Thank you for the great breakfast, and the clean room."
"My mother and I had requested a wake up call from the front desk for 5:30 AM, so we could be ready to catch our flight. Well, that didn't happen, but we did get our flight on time. We had also requested that the front desk booked us a cab, and yes they did. The breakfast was excellent, thank you. The room was very clean."

"we experienced someone knocking on our door several times and running away- Next morning we learned from from desk it was kids staying at the hotel. Hotel should have woken the parents of the kids, who were staying in a separate room, to tell tehm of their behavior.
Front desk clerk was very cool and robotic at our check in."

"Disabled Room was a bit too small, bearly adequate for wheelchair. Noisy disturbance complaint was quickly investigated and handled by front desk staff and they called to let us know what was out there. Room was clean, queen bed was comfortable. Complimentary Breakfast was fantastic with fresh fruit and cereals, bagels and though the tables were too close together to accommodate medical apparatus, we managed to find a table that was wheelchair accessable from one side.. Outdoor hot tub was unexpectedly an outdoors on opposite side of motel and too far from the room for my client to go. She had looked forward to indoor hottub and out of doors one was disappointing and she felt vulnerable thus unable to go."

"this is one of the nicer hotel/motels that I have stayed in. The rooms felt new and fresh, the linen smelled great. The room had a feel that spoke of new sheets, towels, everything was new, (but I suspect it wasn't, it was just well cleaned and looked after."

"I found a $20 deduction from my credit card at check-in inappropriate. If I incurred charges and departed without signing out, the hotel had my card and could use it for any extra charges.
The coffee in the room was excellent!

"When you make the reservations to apply to the person's requests as far as room accomadations, ie downstairs vs upstairs, ajoining rooms etc.
The people at the motel were very nice and accomadating. We will stay there again."

"We were there in the off season, so it was not crowded. Although it was clean and tidy, we found the bed to be very hard to sleep in and would not have stayed more than three days. The pool and hot tub would have been accesable during the summer, but the tempurature did not co-operate with us to commeny on them."
