The hotel's accommodations were praised by numerous reviewers. They described their rooms as spacious, spotless and fully equipped, with high-end finishes and "breathtaking views of a shimmering lake and snow capped mountains".
Many lodgers were pleased with the hotel's location. They described it as within walking distance of downtown Kelowna, several restaurants, shopping, an art gallery and the casino, as well as close to walking trails and local wineries.
Several guests complimented the hotel's staff, who were were characterized as efficient and friendly. One guest stated the staff were attentive and prompt.
The Bad
While the majority of guest reviews consulted for this analysis were very positive, there were a few complaints about the lack of Wi-Fi.
Some reviews mentioned the hotel's lack of Wi-Fi. However, this service has been upgraded as of November 2012, and all units now provide free Wi-Fi.
