This hotel is located on beachfront property in a secluded and treed area, 25 minutes from downtown Kelowna. This property is ideal for those who want a resort-style vacation away from city attractions. For those who prefer to travel by boat or rent watercraft, this hotel also has an on-site marina.  

All 125 guest rooms include a kitchenette (fridge, microwave, and a coffeemaker), a TV with a DVD player, individual climate control, free Wi-Fi, an iron and ironing board, and a work desk. Select suites also include a full kitchen, separate living, bedroom, and dining areas, and a sofa bed. Guest rooms and suites are furnished with 2 queen beds and accommodate up to 4 people. 

Private villas are also available and include 3 bedrooms (each with its own TV and DVD player), a separate living area with a fireplace and sofa bed, private balcony, fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and individual climate control. The private villas accommodate up to 8 people.

Free parking is available on site and pets are not permitted.

This property has multiple on-site dining options including The Vantage Pointe Lounge & Grill, a patio grill, poolside refreshments, and a canteen (located at the resort's marina on the beach).

On-site recreational facilities (free for guests) include a 9-hole executive golf course, 2 lit tennis courts, an outdoor hot tub, an outdoor pool, a steam room, horseback riding, badminton courts, and an arcade/games room. Other amenities include coin-operated laundry machines, a gift shop, and meeting space.

The Rollingdale Winery in West Kelowna is a 24-minute drive from this hotel, while the Crystal Mountain Ski Resort is a 48-minute drive away. "The hotel might have once been nice, but is falling into disrepair. The rooms were never vacuumed, the fold-out mattress was probably as old as the hotel and desperately needed to be replaced. We couldn't sleep on the mattress as the centre of the mattress had no support other than the occassional spring sticking into you - you were constantly rolling into the centre. The hotel's pools were not clean, tiles were breaking off everywhere, the hallway to our room was outdoors and so had a large collection of dead vegetation that was never cleaned the entire time we were there. The hotel is in dire need of maintenance and definitely some cleaning."
