This property is promoted as a waterfront boutique hotel and is located in south Kelowna overlooking Okanagan Lake (9 minutes from downtown Kelowna). This hotel is among other waterfront hotels and resorts in an otherwise residential area. This property is ideal for guests who are looking to spend time on Okanagan Lake. The nearest beach is a 4-minute walk away and the hotel has an on-site marina (boat rentals, Seadoo rentals, and water-skiing lessons available). 

This hotel is 100% smoke-free and offers 53 guest rooms and suites. Rooms include a claw-foot tub, a private balcony or patio, floor-to-ceiling windows, a flat-screen TV with pay-per-view movies, individual climate control, free Wi-Fi, an iron and ironing board, free newspapers, and bathrobes. Rooms are furnished with either a king or queen bed. Suites at this property also include a jacuzzi tub, a fireplace, and a kitchen (fridge, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher). Suites are furnished with either 1 king or 2 queen beds.

Free parking is available on site and pets are not permitted.
