"Clean, friendly, cost effective, but noisy water pipes."
"Hotel was clean and people were friendly. Seems a reasonable price. Just off the strip. It was nice to have a microwave and fridge in the room. I only say that I would not recommend this hotel because it was hard to sleep. There seemed to be water running through the pipes constantly, possibly due to showers or laundry and the noise was loud at night. This made it difficult to sleep. I did not use many of the amenities, such as the pool, fitness room or continental breakfast, so I can not speak to those. But the drink machine was broken for the 4 days I was there, which was annoying."

"A Nice Hotel With a Few Problems"
"The hotel is clean and well maintained and the staff was courteous and friendly. We found that the heavy, early morning traffic, disrupted our sleep. We went downstairs at 8:00 AM to enjoy a continental breakfast, which was to be included with the cost of the room to find that only coffee and cold cereal was available. The rolls etc. had not yet arrived. We had to go out for breakfast."

"The hotel representated that there was a free breakfast included. The "breakfast" consisted of a juice box, tea or coffee and a muffin. Also the beds are a little uncomfortable."

"Good Place for Basics"
"Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location was excellent for us as it was near the theatre where the opera was showing. Room was very clean and large but basic without comfortable reading chairs or a sofa. Nice, that a White Spot was next door.
We may stay again."

"It was a great price and close to everything in Kelowna. One thing I noticed: there was a smell of smoke in the room, even though it is non-smoking. Perhaps wafting in from outside? I liked the White Spot next door! Staff was friendly.
I only stayed one night so don't have any other comments."

"The rooms were clean and a fair size. Older decor but still nice. Great location and easy to find. If staying at this hotel, perhaps ask for an 2nd floor room as you can hear people walking around/talking when you stay in the lower rooms. Yes, I would stay there again."

"Great family spot"
"The rooms were nice tidy and clean, great price and staff were very nice. They have different size rooms ( lots of spacwe and kitchen amenities) so be clear on what you need or what they will be happy to accomadate. They also offer $5.00 coupon for meals at the resturant next door. It was great for breakfast. The kids had a great time in the pool. across the street from the Orchard mall."
