Many guests described their rooms as clean, spacious, and well appointed with modern furnishings. Many reviewers mentioned that their beds were comfortable and a couple of guests found their rooms to be quiet. Several reviewers said that their rooms were well equipped with amenities and guests mentioned the in-room mini-fridges, microwaves, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-FI, and ample outlets for electronic devices.
The staff were frequently complimented for their friendly, helpful, and accommodating service. Guests also said that the staff were knowledgeable and quick to provide recommendations.
Many guests, particularly guests who were travelling with children, mentioned the pool and waterslide as value-added features.
Several reviewers found the location convenient for accessing Kelowna area attractions via Highway 97. A few guests said that they found restaurants within walking distance of this hotel.

A few guests complained that the dining area for the free breakfast was frequently crowded. A couple of reviewers said that the breakfast items were not adequately replenished and one guest thought that the free breakfast lacked selection.
A few reviewers found the hotel difficult to access from Highway 97. Guests said that the boulevards on Highway 97 prevent eastbound motorists from turning into the parking lot directly from the highway. These guests mentioned that they drove past the hotel and turned around at a set of traffic lights to access the hotel parking lot.
A couple of reviewers described the elevator as slow.
