"The hotel seemed to be outdated. The hyde bed my son slept on was old and had springs poking out of it. The price to stay at the hotel was too expensive for the room we had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, there were much better hotels to be found. However, the staff was kind and helpful."

"After I paid for the room, the hotel refused to give me my AAA discount because they said it would mess up their petty cash. When I asked to put it on my credit card, they said they would not do it because I had already signed and paid for my room. The staff members name was Michelle and she was not looking to satisfy her guests.
I then called the 800 customer relations number and they told me there was nothing they could do.
Absolutely horrible guest relations all the way around. I will put this message on trip advisor, and tell all my family and friends to avoid this hotel in the future."

"Other comments - hotel very busy and some of the little things in the room were missed like kleenex tissues not refilled. Internet instructions on "choicehotels.com" a bit confusing as well as misleading. Your facility is in Westbank not Kelowna and therefore the instructions would be clearer if we had known this.
However
All in all the facility was a very nice oasis in the heat of the BC interior. Friendly staff (front desk & cleaning) and I'd recommend to friends to stay here...because that's where I'll be next trip to Kelowna."
