This hotel is situated in a residential/commercial area of Kelowna and is located across the street from the Capri Centre Mall (restaurants, grocery store, drug store, and liquor store). This property is also less than a 1-minute drive from Highway 97, a major thoroughfare that provides access to attractions throughout the Kelowna area, making the hotel ideal for those looking to explore Kelowna by car.  

All rooms include air conditioning, a coffeemaker, a mini-fridge, a microwave, a TV, free local calls, and free Wi-Fi. Rooms may be configured with 1 king, 1 queen, or 2 double beds. This property also offers 1- and 2-bedroom suites that include kitchenettes and accommodate up to 6 people.

Cleanliness inconsistencies were the most common complaints found for this hotel. Guests described dirty carpeting, hair in the shower, stained linens, black mould on the bathroom tiles, unpleasant odours in the rooms, and personal items left behind by previous guests. A couple of reviewers also mentioned that the room furnishings appeared old and worn. One guest said that the furniture in her room looked like "leftovers from a yard sale". 

Many guests complained about the poor food and lack of selection at the free breakfast. Reviewers described the breakfast as consisting of dry cereal (with no milk available) and muffins. One guest noted that the breakfast was served in an area without seating. Many reviewers mentioned that they surveyed the free breakfast and chose not to partake.

Several guests found the in-room climate control to be ineffective and they mentioned having difficulty maintaining a comfortable in-room temperature. 

A few guests were disturbed in their rooms by noise from traffic or from neighbouring rooms. A couple of reviewers complained about rowdy guests who were partying in common areas.

A couple of reviewers described the staff as disinterested. These guests complained that their concerns were not adequately addressed.

"The carpet was dirty. It took a long time to warm up the room; then we could not cool it down. The breakfast muffin was dry and they use powder instead of cream."
