"We had a 'noisy neighbour' issue at the Kelowna Accent Inn. The staff were superb in the manner with which they treated our concern. They listened to our comments, made us feel that our concern was authentic and they came up with a solution immediately. It is obvious that the staff really care about the people who stay with them. Their staff are their greatest asset."
