The Super 8 Kamloops Cn is located on the south side of Hugh Allan Drive and just to the west of Pacific Way. The Trans Canada Highway, which turns into the Coquihalla Highway as motorists head way, is just to the north of the property (200m). Rooms at the two story hotel, which typically have either one queen bed or two queens, can be either smoking or non-smoking. Room amenities include air conditioning, free local calls, desks, reclining chairs, and self controlled heating/cooling systems. Room rates include free SuperStart continental breakfast, free parking, and free in-room high speed Internet.

For the most part guests were pretty silent about the hotel's staff but they were described as friendly by some patrons.

The facilities at the hotel were somewhat limited according to multiple guests. One guest, for example, mentioned that there was no fitness centre or pool while another guest was disappointed that there was no elevator. Many guests were also disappointed with the breakfast, which one guest called "skimpy."
