"Easy to find, polite & friendly staff, decent room, no issues, TV worked, shower OK, enough towels, pet friendly!, close parking, close to stores & food, reasonably quiet, easy to book - what more do ya want for $110.00?? (3 people & a doggie). We'd go back for sure."

"Bathroom sink was way too low, very uncomfortable for a tall person, housekeeping was very slack, loacation was difficult to get in and out of, continental breakfast area very small
Hotel rates were good because we went through discount place online to get rates"

"I didn't stay at this hotel myself but my son and his girlfriend stayed here on their way back to Vancouver Island from Saskatchewan. I paid for their hotel room in advance although it was a royal pain in the you know what. They wouldn't take my credit card number and authorize payment for the room over the telephone. They had to fax me a special credit card authorization sheet on which I had to put in all the necessary information and fax back to them along with a copy of the front and back of my credit card. Since it was on a holiday I had to go into work to receive and resend the fax. When I sent the fax back, their fax line is the same line as their telephone line. The girl at the front desk would answer the fax call, determine it was a fax, hang up and direct the fax to the fax machine. It took 4 times and a telephone call before the fax was received. I have never run into anything like this before. It was sure an inconvenience for me and if I had the time, I would have looked elsewhere for my son and his girlfriend to stay.
As far as their stay in the hotel went, I believe everything was okay as I didn't hear anything negative about it."

"We had our dog with us, and he's not a small dog!! Not only was he welcome to stay with us, he was made to feel very welcome. The night clerk thought Ryot was cute and so well behaved.
The Super 8 in Kamloops is extremely quiet. We didn't hear any noise from the road in front, and we never heard any noises from the other guests!
Our stay was very pleasant!!"
