"Great hotel, wrong address"
"The hotel was great, unfortunately there was an error on google maps that put it much, much closer to Kamloops than it is. What a let down having to drive 40 minutes to visit our friends!"

"The bedroom smelled musty as though it hadn't been used or aired for some time. The location was nothing like that imagined from the photograph, with a highway and heavy goods railway just across the river. The hills on either side looked more like slag heaps from quarrying or mining. We only stayed one night, although having pre-paid for two, and moved on early to our next stop over. The only plus point was we got an excellent meal in the bar the evening we arrived."

"The staff of the hotel went the extra mile to ensure our stay was top notch. They were friendly, courious and very helpful. The restaurant chef was absolutely fabulous. The setting of the hotel is breathtaking. We will definitely be back for a return visit later in the spring and give the Inn a whole-hearted endorsement"

"The room was very comfortable and spacious and the view overlooking the river was superb. We loved the heated swimming pool and hot tub and were pleased to be able to invite guests and grandchildren to enjoy."
