The GoodThe majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were positive with much praise going to the hotel's staff, beds, and breakfast.
Most guests had pleasant experiences with the staff at the hotel, describing them as nice, friendly and accommodating. One guest was pleased that breakfast was rescheduled by the staff to accommodate his early flight, and another reviewer mentioned the staff "went way beyond my expectations to make my stay comfortable and pleasant".
The hotel's beds were a source of many compliments among guests. They were characterized as very comfortable, and several guests mentioned having very good and restful sleeps at this hotel. The linens were also described as comfortable and nice.
Several reviewers were pleased with the included breakfast buffet, describing a wide variety of items such as homemade waffles, fresh fruit, toast, bagels, muffins, and eggs. These reviewers felt it added value to the price of the hotel.
Additional compliments about the hotel included its proximity to the Trans-Canada Highway, restaurants and shopping, efficient Wi-Fi signals, and being able to use the indoor pool, water slide and fitness centre at the hotel next door.
The Bad
While most of the reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were a few common complaints among them
which included inadequate furnishings and the on-site restaurant.
A few guests were disappointed with the lack of furnishings in their rooms and described rooms with no desk, table lamp, chair, coffee table, or fridge. It should be noted that the same furnishings are not available in all rooms and particular requests should be made at the time of reservation.
A couple of reviewers had complaints about Vittorio's, the on-site restaurant. They felt the prices at the restaurant were too high, and that the food was mediocre.
