Many patrons took issue with the condition of the hotel and its furnishings, describing them as rundown and in need of an upgrade. Specifically, several reviewers described the beds and mattresses as old and hard, the linens as stained and worn, and the appliances in disrepair.
Some guests found their air-conditioning units to be very loud and old, and disruptive to their sleep. A few guests described not being able to use their air-conditioning at night because of its loud noise.
