"Did the Calgary, Banff, Jasper, Kamloops, Vancouver trip. You only want to stay in Kamloops one night to break journey. This was the best of this type of accomodation we stayed in on the trip."

"The Front desk clerk was extremely rude, and felt like I was bothering him. The room was not cleaned properly and the bathroom tap leaked. I did like the convience to shopping and I usually do like Holiday Inns, but my experience with this one was not great."

"The last few stays at your hotel have coincided with teams of young people staying there. Because they are really noisy and rambunctious, this distracts from the pleasure of staying at your Inn. Jay Winfield"

"Our third stay there in four years. The other year we sent the family! Stayed there also on 16th August which was our Golden Wedding Anniversary, we hope this choice speaks for itself. Manager and desk staff very helpful and deserve credit. Every success to the Kamloops corner of your empire. Please tell them so."
