"The TV was not plugged in and we had to call for assistance and then found old debrie behind cabinet. Then later found the lamps beside the bed didn't work. Maybe someone should check things a little more often."

"It is obvious that their staff are trained well and that they really want to be there at work each day. They were invariably professional, polite and extremely accommodating. The staff are most certainly the greatest asset. I really appreciate the fact that they listen to me if I ask any questions, and that they have answers too !
Investing in the interview process and in the training program is THE best aspect of their operation.
