"The biggest problem that I had was when I first booked the hotel room I was looking for two rooms with two queen size beds. The confirmation came back two rooms with one bed each. I phoned to have the reservation changed and was guaranteed that the reservation was changed to my liking. This coming after me stressing that I did not want to show up at the hotel and have a problem with the rooms. Well, we show up at the hotel and there is no record of me changing the rooms. Luckily the last two available rooms were what I needed and we got them changed that evening, but it was a hassle. Very poor organizational skills at the hotel. Overall I did not enjoy the stay."

"No coffee or coffee cups were replaced in our room after night one or two. When I ask the girl in the hall for some coffe on day two , she told me that she new for a fact that she left coffee and cups. So unless someone came in and robbed us of our coffee, i guess we were just blind. no toilet paper on day 3 either. regards barry kletke"

"Front desk person was RUDE RUDE RUDE! Tried to rip us off by raising the rate when we walked in the door - even though we had a confirmation of rate! When we tried to walk out she said "Oh, well you booked on line so your card will be charged anyway, and everywhere else in town is sold out." *THIS WAS THE WORST EVER HOTEL STAY! NO BREAKFAST AS PROMISED. SHOWER SOUNDED LIKE JET TAKING OFF. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE."
