"Grt location, nice pools, poor check in/out"
"long lines for both check in after 4pm only and then long line for check out at 11am so not a 24 hr stay. That is a rushed morning so not a leisurely stay."

"Good place to stay with kids."
"If you need just Hot Spring, you do not need to stay here, but if you are going with kids I believe this resort is for you. Hot spring pool is warm and cozy also boat rental is right in front of the resort so you can have more fun on the lake. The Lake side restaurant is okay, but breakfast buffet menu was simple. By the way, hotel staff are excellent."

"Unfortunately we stayed in an older part of the hotel and the room wasn't what I was expecting. I had stayed there before and we were in a much nicer room last time. The room also had absolutely no sound proofing so we could hear lots of talking in hallways and TVs playing in other rooms. They definitely should update those rooms."
