"Customer Support seemed to be more of an after thought to this Hotel. We brought a dog and clearly told them about it. They were going to put us in their smoking room as per policy. I was never informed of this nor and I also had clearly told the booker that we had a dog. As they are one of the few hotels that take dogs we definatly need to make sure it was ok. The front desk at first were going to move us and be unaccomodating. I almost had to Beg for a non-smoking room even thought it was clearly there error. It was sad. Also a note to the wise, live bands play on weekends until the early mornings and those are the only smoking rooms they have and you can definatly hear them. All in all a bad experience."
