The Bad
Most guests had only positive things to say in the reviews that were read for this report, however there were a few complaints from guests.

The hotel supplies free coffee and packaged muffins for breakfast and a few guests found the muffins crumbly or stale.

A couple of guests said the decor was getting a little outdated, and a couple of reviewers thought the room prices were high, but one of them admitted that this is typical for northern cities.

Although many reviewers thought the restaurant was great, with tasty food and good service, occasionally a guest would complain about their meal, the price or the server they had.
