The Bad
Although the majority of reviews used for this analysis were positive, a few negative comments focused on room prices, maintenance issues and noise disturbance.

Guests complained about a variety of maintenance issues which touched on things that needed replacing (bathroom tiles) and things that needed to be fixed (ice machine, coffee machine, bathroom drains, potholes in the parking lot). Some gets just said the hotel showed wear and tear.

Occasionally a guest was disturbed by hearing noisy neighbours. Some complained about areas of the hotel they thought should be cleaner such as carpets in entryways and the pool and hot tub.

There were some booking problems and staff was curt who handled these issues.

Finally, a few guests complained about the prices and said they were too high.
