Located just off Highway 3 and about a 3-minute drive from Fernie's city centre, the Red Tree Lodge is geared towards road travellers who require a centrally located hotel with easy highway access, meeting/banquet space and a free continental breakfast.

Each of this smoke-free hotel's air-conditioned guest rooms and suites offers free Wi-Fi, cable TV, a microwave, a mini-fridge, a coffeemaker and a hair dryer. Rooms with a kitchenette, a jetted tub, a balcony, a separate bedroom and a dining area are also available, and the hotel is not wheelchair accessible.

Hotel amenities include a guest kitchen, a small indoor pool, a hot tub, a sauna, meeting/banquet space, free guest laundry, a games room, a movie room, seasonal BBQ facilities, ski/snowboard tuning room and lock-up, mountain bike lock-up and wash station and free parking. A ski shuttle bus stop is located outside the hotel. There is no elevator at this lodge.
