The Bad
There was not much by way of commonly occurring issues at the hotel, judging from the reviews read for this report.

Several recent guests found their beds too hard, although many found them quite comfortable. The manager responded to some of these complaints with the information that all beds had been recently updated to high-end Serta mattresses, so it would appear that they are just not the preference of some folks.

Occasionally guests found the breakfast room small and the area congested, although the breakfast itself was consistently praised as being above the standard hotel breakfast.
