The Red Tree Lodge is a budget hotel stacked with amenities. It's centrally located in Fernie about a 9-minute drive to Fernie Alpine Resort for skiing and snowboarding in the winter and hiking, biking, ziplining, tennis and horseback riding in the summer.

The town ski shuttle to the hill picks up at this hotel.

Guest highlights: rooms have lots of space, nice comfy beds, toasty hot tub, well-stocked bar, service always with a smile, a genuinely happy atmosphere, views of mountains are great, we had a fantastic stay, the lodge was impeccably clean, the extra amenities helped us save money and made our trip more enjoyable, location is great--an easy walk to restaurants and the arena (Fernie Memorial), excellent value, rooms updated, restaurant had an excellent cook, great family place
