All 106 smoke-free rooms include free Wi-Fi, free local calls, an LCD HD TV with cable, a coffeemaker, a desk and chair, an iron and an ironing board, a hairdryer and air conditioning. Room extras include water views, separated bedrooms, a sofabed, a mini-fridge, a microwave, a full kitchen, a kitchenette (sink, stove, oven and mini-fridge), a dining area, a private balcony and a living rooms with an electric fireplace. Rooms are furnished with 2 double beds and 1 or 2 queen beds. This hotel also has cabins overlooking the water.
Free parking is available on site. Dogs only are allowed for a cost of $15 per day in all rooms except Waterfront Suites.
A free continental breakfast is provided daily in the breakfast room, with outdoor patio, and includes items such as hard boiled eggs, cereals, fruit and muffins.

While the location of this hotel was popular with many guests who liked being removed from the downtown core, access to many of Victoria's main attractions requires a vehicle. Shopping is about a 10-minute drive away at Mayfair Shopping Centre. The Inner Harbour, BC Whale Tours and the Maritime Museum of BC are all less than a 15 minute drive away. Butchart Gardens is slightly farther, about a 27-minute drive away. Guests travelling by air should budget about 33 minutes to drive the 24.8km between the hotel and Victoria International Airport (YYJ) (distances and driving time estimates: Google Maps).
