"I booked a room for 2 adults & 2 kids, the room advertised a king bed and a pull out couch. It was as advertised. However on both occasions that we stayed there, there was only 2 towels, and the pull out couch was not made up and there was only one sheet in the cupboard. why cant this be corrected before we arrive and then have to call and wait for service?"
