Overview
Delta Town and Country Inn is located on the outskirts of Ladner, at the junction of Highways 99 and 17A. It makes a handy stopover hotel to those travelling to Richmond or Vancouver by car, or those accessing the Vancouver airport and the Tsawwassen Ferry.

This smoke-free and pet-free hotel offers 49 rooms with central air conditioning over two floors. Standard room features include free Wi-Fi, free local calls, cable TV, a coffeemaker, an iron and ironing board and a hair dryer. Rooms are furnished with one king or two queen beds. Some rooms have a balcony. 

Free parking is available on site to all guests.

The Meadows Restaurant is on site and open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the Meadows Lounge offers lounge dining and a place to relax with TVs, couches and fireplace. Other nearby restaurant choices include the Primrose Bar & Grill, a 5-minute walk away and the River House Restaurant & Pub, which overlooks the Fraser River and is reachable on foot in 15 minutes.

Amenities at this hotel include a seasonal heated outdoor pool, a fitness centre, tennis courts, a business centre and meeting and conference facilities. This hotel does not have an elevator to the second floor.

Ladner Village Market and several shops and restaurants are within about a 5-minute drive of the hotel. Splashdown Park is a 10-minute drive away while Centennial Beach can be reached in about 17-minutes by car. The Good
The majority of reviews used for this analysis were positive and focused on the rooms, the staff, the pool and the location.

Many guests thought the rooms were clean and spacious with very comfortable beds and quality linens. Some also mentioned the rooms were quiet despite the hotel's proximity to the highway.

The staff were complimented by many guests for being friendly and accommodating.

Many guests liked the outdoor pool and said it was very relaxing and inviting. The back area of the hotel also offers shade and greenery according to guests.

Several guests appreciated that the hotel offered easy access to Highway 99, BC Ferries Tsawwassen Terminal, Vancouver International Airport and Richmond.

Several guests enjoyed Sunday and Saturday brunches at the restaurant and other meals as well, although a few other guests found it sometimes lacking in excellence (see below for more details).

Although the majority of reviews used for this analysis were positive, some negative comments focused on the age of the hotel.

Some guests felt the hotel was generally well-maintained but had an outdated feel to it and some pointed to bathrooms and rooms that needed better cleaning around the edges, the walls washed, furniture shampooed and better overall attention to details.

Sometimes guests were disappointed with the quality of their meals and service at the restaurant. They described slow and inept service from the server and mediocre food served.
