"Very Friendly Staff and a clean, efficiently run Hotel! A nice breakfast area with lots to eat in the AM. Overall a very nice place to stay..."

"when phoning in a problem with the room or the internet connectivity I found it quite upsetting that they did not take my complaint seriously and had to phone the front desk three times about the internet not being available. The person did not even think of phoneing the manager or the internet provider nothing. I had to ask her to get her manager if she did not know how to fix the problem After that the manager seemed to have fixed the prob. I felt like I was an inconvienance to them and will not return to that Super 8 I can not express how important it is to make your guests feel comfortable and apprieciated. At this point I would not recommend anyone to a super 8 due to the feeling they did not want us there."
