Numerous reviewers commended the staff for being pleasant, friendly, and very helpful. One reviewer called them "superior" in handling a noise complaint while another said the staff went "above and beyond" for them. A couple of guests noted that the front desk called their room shortly after check in to ensure everything was satisfactory.
Many guests enjoyed the clean rooms. The beds were described as comfortable by a couple of reviewers.
Several reviewers spoke favourably about the value they received for the price paid.
According to some guests, the complimentary breakfast was good and had a wide selection.
Some guests thoroughly enjoyed the pool and water slide. The pool was described as clean and great. One reviewer said the water slide was "excellent".
The Bad
Although most of the reviews sourced for this analysis were positive, there were some common complaints. Some guests complained about the hotel needing upgrades, unpleasant odours in some suites, the unkept carpets and desire for newer pillows.

While many guests said the rooms were clean there were a few reviewers that complained about an unpleasant odour in their suites.
A couple of guests thought that the hallway carpets could use more cleaning. The hallway carpets were described as dirty and filthy.
Although the beds were said to be acceptable, a few reviewers would have appreciated new pillows. They were described as flat and old.
