The Good
Many reviews used for this analysis were positive and focused on the staff, the rooms, the amenities and the location.

The hotel, restaurant and golf course staff received compliments from many guests. They were referred to as friendly, accommodating, polite and helpful. Some were also commended for their knowledge of the surrounding area.
 
Many reviewers found the rooms to be spacious and clean. Some noted that the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were nicely appointed.

The pool, hot tub, interpretative centre, golf course, casino and restaurants were all enjoyed by many guests. These amenities were all felt to be of high quality.

Many guests felt the hotel offered beautiful mountain views and a peaceful, natural setting. The historic nature of the hotel (former residential school) was also a highlight for many guests. Some commented that the resort had done an excellent job of paying homage to the history of the building and the local First Nations people.
