"It was only mediocre"
"The room was very, very small...hardly enough room to put out bags and still have room to get around. Otherwise, though, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had researched hotels in Cranbrook before making a reservation to stay here and this hotel received good ratings, comparatively speaking. I'm sure there were nicer hotels at a higher rate, but for the money, this was adequate."

"The toilet was positioned behind the bathroom door and was difficult to access. The rooms were quiet except for the dilvery truck that was running in the morning right outside our room in the parking lot. The price was good and we received a $10.00 gas card."
