"Our only "glitch" was that our room size seemed to be downgraded without any communication to us. We also requested a cot 3 times and never received one. Also we unfortunately were out at the hockey game later than we expected to be and did not get dinner. We stopped at Safeway and bought microwave dinners not knowing there wasn't a microwave in the room. That was, admittedly, our own mistake however when we asked the front desk of there was a microwave we could use we were told they would bring one to our room. That also did not happen.
On that note however the staff was VERY courteous and friendly. The hotel was beautiful and clean. The location was PERFECT!
