"I was low on cash, and every ATM in the town wouldn't work - "try again later" was the screen's reply. Because of this, my wife and I missed an evening cruise down your beautiful lake... The whole town needs better ATMs, or better ways to get at a person's bank account. The hotel was nice - we especially liked Cameron Lake nearby!"

"I booked my hotel reservation online several weeks prior to my vacation. When I arrived at the hotel the woman who welcomed me was not very nice and said that we would have to pay more money because there would be two people in the room. When I protested she said it was either that or we would not receive breakfast the following day. The next morning, whoever was at the counter (a woman) was very kind to us and helped us to get our vouchers for the breakfast that was supposed to come with the room. She was a pleasure to do business with."

"When I left the hotel, I forgot my toilet kit which included an electric razor, toothpaste, brushes,comb, etc. Upon asrriving at Banff, I telephoned the hotel and the staff had found the kit. I told tham I would pick up the kit upon my return to the area five days later. I did do that and the hotel kept it for me. When I got home, I found the electric razor was not there. If it was not left in the kit, it must have been left right next to it. I telephoned the hotel, and the desk emplyee was going to look for it. The razor was old and I bought a new electric razor, and I maske no accusations about its disappearance, but I thought the hotel should know dabout this. I thank the staff for holding and returning the kit."
