The Good
Although reviews used for this analysis were mixed, positive comments focused on the price, the location and the on-site restaurant.

Many guests felt that the hotel offered basic accommodations for a good price, while a few noting that it was more affordable than many other nearby options.

Some guests appreciated the hotel's location as it was easy to find, offered easy access to the highway and was within walking distance of several restaurants, a shopping mall and a liquor store.

The Bad
Reviews used for this analysis were mixed with some negative points made about the level of cleanliness and the age of the building.

Some guests felt that upon arrival their room had not been well cleaned. A few complained of dirty, stained carpets, bad odours, and general dinginess. One person mentioned that areas under some furniture had not been cleaned well and that they had discovered old socks under a chair.

Some guests felt that the hotel was aged and in need of upgrading. The exterior of the building and interior aspects like the carpets, linens and furnishing were all described as rundown. Many guests did agree, however, that the low price they paid dampened their disappointment with these issues.
