"We knew ahead of time that we were going to arrive very late the day we stayed. In phoning ahead they assured us that there would be someone on the desk and sent them notice that we would arrive late. When we got there they were anticipating our arrival and all was very much in order. The hotel it's self was very attractive and we felt it was a great value for what we paid. Didn't care for the appearance of the clerk the next morning as he had multiple piercings and his appearance was untidy but he was respectful and certainly knew his business."
