Many guests of the hotel felt the rooms were clean, well-appointed and spacious. Some noted that the decor was bright and modern and the TVs were large. A few guests also thought the beds were very comfortable.
The staff received many compliments from guests. They were found to be welcoming, friendly and eager to accommodate.
The hotel's amenities like the games room, guest-operated laundry and the gym were enjoyed by many guests. In addition, the pool was singled out as a praised amenity.
The Bad
Although most reviews used for this analysis were positive, some negative points focused on the price and the Wi-Fi connection.
As mentioned above many guests enjoyed their stay, however, a few felt the hotel was priced higher than comparable hotels in the area or others in the Best Western chain.
