The Bad
There was some negative feedback in the reviews online, but it mostly concerned the dated condition of some of the rooms, although guests did mention that the hotel was being renovated on certain floors.

Although the guests were pleased with the full kitchens, some mentioned that they had too few plates, cutlery and cookware. Others were disappointed with older TVs that were not high definition, or poor cable channel selection and the lack of pay-per-view movies available.

Occasionally a guest would complain about the lack of cozy decor in the rooms and explained that their room lacked paintings on the walls or little items such as vases.

The Wi-Fi received mixed reviews. Some said it was slow or didn't work in the rooms and others said it was good.
